Managed email
We run your email marketing end-to-end. From campaigns to automations, with a clear focus on driving revenue. Every send is backed by data, testing, and continuous optimisation.
What we do
A senior team assigned to your account. Same people, every week. No agency churn.
Editorial calendar, briefs, sends, all owned by us, all aligned to revenue.
Welcome, browse-abandon, post-purchase, win-back, anniversary, built once and tuned forever.
On-brand templates, modular components, accessible, mobile-first, dark-mode safe.
On-brand copy that earns the click and bespoke imagery that lifts conversion. Briefed once with your team, produced in-house, signed off before it ships.
Subject lines, hero modules, send-time, offers, every test ladders to a revenue hypothesis.
Per-send revenue, per-recipient revenue, lifetime cohort, the metrics your CFO trusts.
Proof
“They treated our list like an asset. Eleven months in, email is our best-performing acquisition channel, by a long way.”

We're not the right fit for every business. Here's an honest comparison so you can make the right call.
| Criterion | In-house teamOne or two email specialists on payrollGood | DIY + platformYou run Klaviyo/HubSpot yourselvesGood | Inboxd managedFull-service team, outsourcedBest fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed to launch | 3-6 months to hire and onboard | Immediate but strategy gaps are common | Live in 21 days from brief sign-off |
| Cost structure | High fixed cost; bench risk when quiet | Platform fee + your time (often underestimated) | Fixed monthly retainer; no bench risk |
| Strategic depth | Strong once trained; slow to ramp | Execution-heavy; strategy often weak | Senior strategist on every account from day one |
| Platform expertise | Deep in one platform | Deep in one platform | Cross-platform: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp |
| Accountability | Internal; easy to deprioritise | Self-directed; easy to lose rigour | Monthly revenue report; contract renewal based on results |
If you have strong in-house creative but no email strategist, a hybrid model, Inboxd for strategy and lifecycle, your team for brand campaigns, often performs best.
Common questions
Our managed service covers strategy, copywriting, design, development, QA, send management, deliverability monitoring, and revenue reporting, executed by a dedicated senior team assigned to your account every week.
We work across Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign. If your platform isn't listed, ask, we likely have experience with it. We don't migrate platforms unless there's a business case to do so.
Most accounts are live within 21 days of brief sign-off: week one for auditing and planning, weeks two and three for build and QA. Lifecycle flows follow a staggered launch schedule across the first 60 days.
Across our current book of business, median inbox placement sits at 99.6% and average revenue lift in year one is 4.3×. Results depend on list health, send volume, and how much lifecycle automation is already in place. We'll give you an honest read at the scoping stage.
Yes. Copy and design are included in the managed service. You don't need to supply briefs, drafts, or assets, although you can if you prefer a collaborative approach. Everything goes through a four-eyes brand review before it leaves our desk.
We track per-send revenue, per-recipient revenue, and 90-day cohort ROAS against your baseline, not opens or clicks. Every monthly report leads with the number your CFO cares about, not vanity metrics.
We run weekly inbox-placement tests across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail using GlockApps and Mail-Tester. If placement drops below 97%, we pause broadcast sends, diagnose the cause (reputation, authentication, content, list hygiene), and don't resume until the issue is resolved. We won't chase send volume at the cost of your domain reputation.
We work on three-month rolling contracts. This gives you enough time to see lifecycle flows bed in and measure cohort impact, while keeping us accountable to results rather than tenure. Most clients renew, our average engagement length is 14 months.
